Project type:
Enterprise Information Design System
Context:
Enterprise technology communication is designed to clarify complex systems, processes, and frameworks for executive, stakeholder, and internal audiences.
Scope:
Long-form white paper layouts, editorial information design, infographics, and modular diagram systems supporting enterprise storytelling across print, presentation, and digital formats.
My role:
Senior Designer, Information Design and Visual Systems
Tools:
Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word
Overview
This project demonstrates how complex enterprise systems can be translated into clear, structured information frameworks. The work focuses on hierarchy, layout discipline, and repeatable visual systems that support executive alignment and decision-making across content-heavy formats.
Infographics and diagrams are treated not as standalone visuals, but as scalable communication systems designed to operate consistently across whitepapers, presentations, and internal documentation.
The Challenge
Enterprise environments require clear communication of layered systems, lifecycles, and operational processes without oversimplifying complexity.
The challenge was to design information systems that maintain clarity within dense content, remain consistent across formats, and scale across multiple use cases while supporting fast comprehension for leadership and stakeholder audiences.
The Approach
The work prioritizes structure before visual expression. Each layout and diagram is built on a clear hierarchy, consistent spacing, and modular components that can be reused across formats.
Key principles included:
• Strong typographic hierarchy to guide scanning and comprehension
• Restrained visual language to reduce cognitive load
• Clear sequencing and flow for process-driven narratives
• System-based layouts that support reuse and adaptation
Selected Work

Outcome
The resulting information systems enable clearer communication of complex enterprise topics and faster alignment across teams. By focusing on structure, hierarchy, and repeatability, the work demonstrates how information design can function as a strategic communication tool rather than a purely visual layer.
